Filters:
MuRa’s Meister Copies
Here We Go:
Open a new canvas 500×500
Flood Fill with white.
Select All
Copy your tube & Paste it into selection.
Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur
Apply 20-20 Mask. If there would be an edge before merging Duplicate.
Copy & Paste Element 19 and resize to your liking. I resized it to 75%.
Using your Magic Wand at the Default Settings click outside Element 19 and Invert. Do not deselect.
Activate your Radial Blur layer and apply MuRa’s Meister Copies.
Duplicate layer and apply Gaussian Blur set at 10. Move under original.
Activate your White layer and Promote Selection to Layer. Select None.
Copy & Paste Element 31 and move to the left.
Copy & Paste your tube and resize if necessary. Apply 2020 Mask and Merge Group. Move slightly to the right.
Add credits and name.
