Supplies:

A tube. I used the fantastic tube by Martin Abel. You can find his tubes at the CDOEstore. Please do not use one of his without purchasing a license to use it.
Paint Shop Pro. I used Coral Paint Shop Pro 2020 Ultimate.

Alien Skin 4000 Gradient Glow

Okay let’s get started.

Open a new canvas 650×250, 72,000 pixels per inch

Copy and Paste you tube onto your canvas. Apply Mura’s Meister Wallpaper Rotate.

Apply Tramages Cirquelate default settings

Duplicate and mirror. Set at 50% and apply the Dissolve Blend Mode.

On the bottom copy apply the Dissolve Blend Mode

Add a new Raster layer and Flood Fill with color from your tube.

Select All and apply Modify Contract by 5 pixels. Then Delete. Select None.

Apply Adjust/Guassian Blur set at 20.

Select All and apply Modify Contract by 5 pixels. Invert and Flood Fill with a color from your tube. Image Resize by 85%.

Copy & Paste your tube and position where you think it looks best.

Selection All and then chose Clip to Canvas. Go to Images and apply Crop to Selection.

Duplicate and on the original apply Guassian Blur set at 20. Then apply the Blend Mode Multiply.

New Raster Layer and Flood Fill with a color from your tube. Select All. Modify and Contract by 5. Delete and Select None. Apply Mura’s Meister Seamless Emboss At Alpha.

Add any Word Art or Scrap Elements you’d like. Then add your credits.

Note: On the tag below I added Alien Skin 4000 Gradient Glow set Glow Width 3, color white on both the Frame Layers.

Save as a .JPG after you’ve add your credits and any embellisments you’d like.
